This policy describes how Optai collects and processes your personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Optai. For any question relating to your data: info@optai.fr.
2. Data collected
We only collect the data you voluntarily send us through the contact form or by email:
- name;
- business email address;
- sector of activity;
- the content of your message.
3. Purposes and legal basis
This data is used to answer your request, to get back to you and to arrange a meeting where relevant. The legal basis is your consent (the form checkbox) together with Optai's legitimate interest in handling inbound business enquiries.
4. Recipients
Your data is intended solely for Optai's teams. It may be processed by our technical subprocessors (hosting provider, form delivery tool, meeting scheduling solution): cal.eu, strictly within the scope of their service and under GDPR compliance guarantees.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Where a third-party tool hosts data outside the European Union, the transfer is framed by standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism.
6. Retention period
Prospecting data is retained for 3 years, then deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. You may exercise these rights at any time at info@optai.fr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
8. Security
Optai implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure (encryption in transit, restricted access).
9. Cookies
The website sets no advertising cookies. Should an analytics tool or a third-party widget be added, a consent banner will be put in place in line with the CNIL's recommendations.
